Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation terms for S2S Education programs and services

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how S2S Education handles fee payments, enrollment cancellations, and refund requests for all programs, test series, and related services. By enrolling or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope

  1. 1.1.This policy applies to all courses and batches offered by S2S Education, including Foundation, Vijeta, Shikhar, Class 11–12, NEET Dropper programs, test series, sample papers, and any other paid services.
  2. 1.2.It covers payments made online through the website, at the institute office, or via approved payment gateways and EMI partners.
  3. 1.3.Registration fees, course fees, installment payments, one-time fee options, and add-on purchases are all subject to this policy.

2. General Refund Policy

  1. 2.1.All fees paid to S2S Education are generally non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and services have commenced.
  2. 2.2.Fees are not refunded for change of mind, voluntary withdrawal, poor attendance, academic performance, or failure to appear in NEET or other examinations.
  3. 2.3.No refund shall be provided for partial use of services, missed classes, unused study material, or unused test series attempts.
  4. 2.4.Any applicable taxes (including GST) paid as part of the fee are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Registration Fee

  1. 3.1.The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the student does not proceed with full course enrollment.
  2. 3.2.Registration reserves a seat for the selected batch and covers administrative processing; it cannot be transferred to another person unless approved in writing by the management.

4. Cancellation by the Student

  1. 4.1.A student or parent/guardian wishing to cancel enrollment must submit a written request to the institute office or via the official contact email, stating the reason and enrollment details.
  2. 4.2.Cancellation does not automatically entitle the student to a refund. Any refund, if approved, will be at the sole discretion of the management.
  3. 4.3.Upon cancellation, access to classes, study material, test series, and institute resources will be discontinued from the date of approval.
  4. 4.4.Outstanding EMI or installment dues remain payable even after cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the management.

5. Cancellation by the Institute

  1. 5.1.S2S Education reserves the right to cancel or terminate a student's enrollment for non-payment of fees, violation of institute rules, misconduct, or failure to meet batch eligibility criteria.
  2. 5.2.In such cases, no refund will be issued for fees already paid.
  3. 5.3.If a batch or program is discontinued by the institute before commencement, students may be offered a transfer to an alternate batch or a refund of fees paid for that program, at the institute's discretion.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

  1. 6.1.Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as documented medical emergencies, permanent relocation outside the institute's operational area, or duplicate/erroneous payments.
  2. 6.2.Requests under exceptional circumstances must be supported by valid documentation (e.g., medical certificate, relocation proof, bank/payment receipt) and submitted within 15 days of the relevant event.
  3. 6.3.If approved, refunds may be partial and will be calculated after deducting registration fees, consumed services, study material costs, and applicable administrative charges.
  4. 6.4.The management's decision on exceptional refund requests is final and binding.

7. Installments and EMI

  1. 7.1.Students opting for installment or EMI plans must adhere to the agreed payment schedule. Delayed or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
  2. 7.2.EMI arrangements through third-party providers are subject to the terms of the respective financial partner. S2S Education is not responsible for interest, penalties, or charges levied by the EMI provider.
  3. 7.3.No refund will be processed for installments already paid, even if the student discontinues the course mid-way.

8. Test Series and Digital Products

  1. 8.1.Fees for test series, sample papers, and other digital or physical add-ons are non-refundable once access is granted or materials are issued.
  2. 8.2.Technical issues affecting access should be reported promptly. The institute will make reasonable efforts to resolve access problems but this does not constitute grounds for a refund unless the service cannot be delivered.

9. Payment Errors and Duplicate Transactions

  1. 9.1.If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please contact us within 7 working days with the transaction ID and proof of payment.
  2. 9.2.Duplicate or excess payments verified by our accounts team will be refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
  3. 9.3.Refunds for payment gateway errors are subject to verification with the payment provider and may take additional time depending on the bank or UPI network.

10. Refund Process and Timeline

  1. 10.1.Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment wherever possible. Bank transfer details may be requested if the original method is unavailable.
  2. 10.2.Refund processing typically takes 10–15 working days from the date of approval, excluding bank or payment gateway processing time.
  3. 10.3.The institute will notify the student or parent/guardian once the refund has been initiated.

11. Batch Transfer

  1. 11.1.Requests to transfer from one batch or program to another may be considered subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria.
  2. 11.2.Batch transfers are not equivalent to cancellation. Any fee difference between programs must be paid; no refund will be issued for downgrades unless approved by the management.

12. Policy Updates

  1. 12.1.S2S Education reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on the official website.
  2. 12.2.Continued enrollment or use of services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
